Partnerships
Active Music Journal considers collaborations that fit its interest in amateur music-making and serve readers without blurring the line between editorial work and promotion.
Kinds of collaboration
Possible arrangements include clearly identified partner features, relevant resource placements and editorially independent support for music-related projects. We consider each proposal for its subject, usefulness to readers and fit with the publication; a partnership does not promise an article or a favourable view.
Placement and labelling
Partner placements may appear alongside editorial material or in dedicated partner areas across the website. Each paid or partner item is labelled where it appears, so its nature is clear before readers engage with it. Labels do not imply that Active Music Journal has tested, endorsed or independently verified a partner's offering.

Use the Contact page and choose the partnership option. Describe the proposed subject, format and intended placement; we will consider whether it is a suitable fit before discussing any next steps.
Music grows by being shared
A tune can begin with one player and become something larger through attention, patience and company. We value music-making that leaves room for curiosity as well as sound.
